People usually request from me, “What’s the Best Way to Lose Weight?”

How to Start the Detoxification Process
First thing each morning squeeze the juice of a lemon into a glass of warm distilled water and drink 30 minutes before you eat breakfast. The lemon juice is acidic and will work with your digestive fluids to break down the build up of unprocessed toxins which line the colon.
